Return Policy

Delivery and Shipment Process: 
  1.  After the completed the order payment, the products will be shipped within 5 working days. During the special circumstances, national holidays or consecutive holidays will be postponed.
  2. Currently, our cooperative logistics providers are Hsinchu Freight Transportation, Great Glory Freight Transportation. The shipment in Taiwan mainland of about 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). The actual time of arrival is delivery logistics-oriented.
  3. Other areas outside of Taiwan mainland will take approximately about 7-14 working days. The arrival time depends on the delivery logistics.
  4. If the order quantity is abundant or has large volume, the products will be shipped separately instead all at once.
  5. Delivering the products upstairs is a special service of the logistics provider. This service requires the truck driver will determine if the special service is applicable. Furthermore, the consumer will be responsible for the cost of the special services.
  6. Currently, the order shipment outside of Taiwan is unavaliable. If you are purchase the products domestically and deliver to overseas, additional freight will be charged. Please provide the delivery address in advance to inquire with the shipping company. Shipment will be arranged after payment is received.


Returns and Exchanges:
(1) According to the Consumer Protection Act: online purchases guarantee 7-day hesitation period (※ the hesitation period is not a trial). Purchases at the physical stores do not have hesitation period, only replacement is avaliable. For the replacement, the product must be in good condition (like new) and unopen (including and not limited to: the product itself, accessories, interior and exterior packaging, accessories, gifts, warranty cards, purchase invoices or receipt)!
(2) Please note that the following conditions will affect your return rights.
      ‧ Damaged outer box
      ‧Damaged Styrofoam and protective bag inside the box to protect the product.
      ‧Missing parts of the product (including but not limited to: accessories, manuals, accessory information, product protection bag...). Including but not limited to: accessories, instruction manuals, accessory information, product        protection bags, etc.).
      ‧The product body and accessories have stains and dirt that cannot be removed.
      ‧Appearance of the product after use (including fabrics and holsters, transformers, handle foam, belts, running belts, seat/back cushions, batteries, etc.), or body contact with the product. (including fabric and leather cover, transformer, handle foam, belt, running belt, seat/back pad, battery, etc.), or consumables in contact with the body, which are not caused by natural wear and tear, dirt and damage.
(3) Please take a video or photo when returning or exchanging the product to ensure that all the accessories are packed in the box, keep the outer box and color box intact, and pack a plastic bag or use other carton outside the outer box to avoid the carton from getting dirty and damaged during the shipping process.
(4) Please include your name, cell phone number and order number on the return package for order tracking.
(5) If unavailability of contact or failure to send back the merchandise happen more 15 working days from the day submtting the return application, the application will be automatically canceled and cannot be re-applied. 


Refund Process
  1. Contact customer service personnel during the appreciation period.
  2. After the company receives the goods, the back-end personnel will test and confirm the condition of the products. After confirming the peoducts are in good condition and qualify for return, the refund process will be entered.
  3. If the returned product is not defective, or if the consumer needs to return or exchange the product due to personal reasons, the consumer needs to pay the delivery fees required for the return or exchange.
  4. If the product is damaged (for example: the internal and external parts of the product body and the original packaging are defective, damaged, scratched, missing parts, stained, lost, etc.), a fee for the loss of value (restoration, Refurbishment fee), the amount will be deducted from the return or exchange payment.
  5. The refund process will be completed within about 5-10 working days. The actual number of days depends on the working days of each bank.
  6. Please provide the customer service with your bank account number and copy of your passbook for refund.
※Please note: The refund amount will be deducted from the discount of free shipping or combination price. In addition, if the product is not required due to personal factors of the client, only the product price will be refunded, and the shipping fee charged when delivering the product will not be charged. 

Warranty Term 
(1) Please keep the invoice for one month after purchase or log in to the official website for warranty first to protect your rights.
(2) If you cannot provide proof of the purchase date (such as invoice, online warranty login, order number, access warranty card, etc.), you are not qualift for the warranty.
(3) If the products sold through our official channels are used under normal conditions and are damaged within one year from the date of arrival and are caused by non-human external factors, the company will provide one-year free warranty service for normal products and 3 months for display products with no exchange service is provided. The buyer must send back the product by himself and pay the return shipping cost.
(4) If the product is used outside the household (for example: business premises, factories, companies, schools, restaurants, etc. public places), the warranty time will be halved.
(5) If the product warranty period expire, or not qualify for the warrantee, each product will be subject to actual maintenance status. The maintenance will call you to quote a price, and charge inspection fees and maintenance fees.
(6) Repair products should be packaged completely in cartons or cardboard boxes, and wrapped in a plastic bag or other cartons outside the outer carton to prevent the carton from being dirty and damaged when returned.
(7) Our warranty scope is limited to the movement and internal parts of the machine itself. We will provide a 3-month warranty for consumables (batteries) that need to be replaced under normal use. If it exceeds 3 months, we will Charge replacement parts fee.
(8) The following consumables: appearance materials including fabrics and leather cases, transformers, foam handles, belts, running belts, seat/back cushions, batteries, etc. Although during the warranty period, no free replacement parts or free maintenance will be provided Serve.
(9) If the product is seriously damaged or cannot be repaired due to the following circumstances, the company may refuse repair services
     ‧Damage caused by dismantling or modifying the device by oneself or by others.
     ‧Severe damage and malfunction caused by environmental factors (including but not limited to moisture, fire, insect pests, etc.).
    ‧Human misconduct (external damage, use of power cords or transformers not specified for the product, failure to operate in accordance with the instructions)
    ‧The product has been disassembled and processed by a repair center that is not exclusive to our company.
    ‧Personally modify the warranty login information on the official website or alter the product purchase certificate or it is inconsistent with the actual warranty product.
    ‧The appearance or interior of this product cannot prove that it is a product sold by our company.
