Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer,

We will never request any bank account or credit card information from you via SMS or phone under any circumstances. We also do not ask customers to visit banks in person or use ATMs through these means.

If you receive any such phone calls or messages, please be caution and do not easily follow the unfamiliar instructions. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately or call 165, the Anti-Fraud Hotline of the National Police Agency, for verification.

When you receive calls displaying numbers starting with "+", "+2", "+886", or other unfamiliar origins, please remain vigilant. Be wary of tactics where scammers alter phone numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial agencies. Do not click on unfamiliar links or accept friend requests or messages from unknown LINE contacts.

Common scam tactics include "repeated orders" or "misplaced installment payments" to mislead the consumer before requesting online banking or ATM operations. If it involves bank-related matters, please contact your bank directly. If a caller requests you to perform actions related to your accounts or provide personal information, please refuse directly to reduce fraud risks.

We also advise you to regularly change passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers), and avoid entering account information on public computers to enhance information security.

Best wishes,
